One of the most compact and affordable flatbed printer available, the pneumatic TY-500FAT is powered by a single air cylinder with a vertical up/down screen printing process that keeps the ink on the screen without flowing.

The mini electric powered AT-P series is more precise than its pneumatic siblings and also includes a touch-panel control that allows multiple settings, exact parameters and digital operation.

Custom tool kits are optional as well as an available rotating index table for different types of substrates.

AT-25PA: 9.75" X 15.75"

AT-45PA:15.75" X 23.6".

The PAD machine is very similar to the AT-PA machines. It comes with an index table and is suitable for printing on small-sized molded substrates. The index table allows the operator to easily load/unload substrates during printing.

AT-45PAD: 500 x 720mm (~8" x 18")

The DC motor on the 60FA allows for a fast printing stroke and fast movement. It also comes with peel-off function in which the operator is able to adjust the speed and height of the peel off. The vertical movement for the printing is driven by air cylinder.

AT-60FA: 400 x 550 mm (~16" x 20")

It is suitable for printing on solid-form materials such as appliances, scanners, and any type of solid-plastic material. Table height can be adjusted. Custom-made fixtures can also be made

The AT-PD series screen printers are a step up in maximum printing area from the mini electric AT-PA series. Equipped with ATMA's innovative vertical screen lift technique, most of the models are also available with a touch-panel control for the highest precision.

60PD: 400 x 600mm (~16" x 24")

70PD: 600 x 700mm (~24" x 28")

Very similar to AT-PD series but it can accommodate bigger printing areas. Other modifications for this series include belt take-off, sliding table, registration pins, dripless squeegee option and customizations for wet-on-wet printing. The 80P and 120P can be customized for PCB printing.

AT-80P: 600 x 800mm (~24" x 31")

AT-120P: 700 x 1200mm (~28" x 47")
